Terms of Service

By using Powertoolz you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. By creating an account you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Powertoolz (powertoolz.io) is a free developer-tools platform owned and operated by Logic Overdrive (registered office: Mumbai, India).

The service is provided to you free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in future for advanced features; existing free functionality will not be moved behind a paywall without at least 30 days notice.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Powertoolz.

• One account per person.
• Do not share your credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

You agree NOT to use Powertoolz in any of the following ways:

• Use the API Workspace, Webhook Tester, Mock Server, or any other tool to attack, probe, or test third-party systems without explicit authorization
• Send spam, phishing, malware, or illegal content via mock endpoints, webhook URLs, or any other tool
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically abuse the platform beyond published APIs and documented rate limits
• Operate multiple accounts to evade rate limits or other protective measures
• Host or transmit content that infringes third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, and trade-secret rights) or violates applicable law
• Attempt to bypass our security controls, container sandboxes, or rate limiting, including via timing attacks or other indirect means
• Interfere with the service’s operation, deny service to legitimate users, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Documented rate limits apply to certain tools and APIs. Limits are visible in-product and in our API documentation. We may adjust limits to protect platform stability and to defend against abuse, without prior notice.

Powertoolz — the platform, its source code, its visual design, its name, and its brand — is owned by Logic Overdrive.

Content you input into our tools or generate using them remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process that content solely to operate the service for you. For example: storing the tool runs you save, generating the share links you create, executing the requests you fire. We do not use your content to train any machine-learning model.

You retain all rights in content you create. We retain all rights in the platform. Neither party gets any rights they did not have before, except as expressly granted in these Terms.

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not commit to uptime, availability, or feature continuity. We may add, change, deprecate, or remove tools or features.

For material removals or breaking changes that affect tools you actively use, we will provide reasonable advance notice (typically 30 days) where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of Powertoolz is limited to INR 1,000. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or statutory consumer rights granted by law in your country of residence.

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logic Overdrive and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any third-party claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your misuse of the service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. We will notify you of such action where permitted to do so.

On termination, the data-retention rules in our Privacy Policy apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India, except that consumer law in your country of residence may grant you the right to bring claims before local courts in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by the law where you live.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to logged-in users and posted here at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you may delete your account before they take effect.
